Alan "Scott" Chance, age 48 of Franklin, TN passed away April 22, 2018. Survived by: wife, Lindsey Roberts Chance; son, Benjamin Chance; daughter, Brooklyn Chance all of Franklin, TN; parents, Bobby and Ruth Chance of Columbia, TN; brother, Tim (Angela) Chance of Muscle Shoals, AL; sister, Jackie (Doug) Howe of Columbia, TN; father & mother in laws, Joe and Melvalyn Roberts; brother & sister in laws, Justin (Wendy) Roberts; grandmother in law, Margie Westmoreland all of Conroe, TX; nieces, Lauren (Nathan) Perry, Anna Kate Chance, Caroline Chance and Ruby Roberts; nephews, Chance Howe, Jackson Chance, Matt Mangrum, Cole Roberts, Jackson Roberts and Hays Chance. Scott was employed at Community Health Systems for 20+ years and was currently the Vice President of Compliance and Strategic Tax Planning. Deacon and Worship Host at Church of the City. He also loved coaching youth baseball. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, devoted to his family and great friend. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Church of the City, Bob Vassar and Benny Square officiating. Visitation will be 4-7PM Tuesday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Stephen Walker, Ron Pope, Chance Howe, Jackson Chance, Nathan Perry, Mark Moorman, Craig Pickard, Jay Dreiman, Jason Parrish, Chad Courtright, Mike Kurowski, Rob Frutiger, Matt Mangrum, Gary Carr, Brandon Gregson and Barrett Gregson.
