MAYFIELD, Mr. Andrew Mack, Jr., age 72 of LaVergne, TN, December 19, 2010 at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. Mr. Mayfield was a Metro Police Officer and employed at Yellow Freight Trucklines. Preceded in death by parents, Andrew Mack, Sr. & Mary Elizabeth McClanahan Mayfield. Survived by: wife, Nancy Mayfield, daughter, Karen Mayfield (Wayne) Pope; step son, Jason Franklin, grandchildren, Andrew Reed Pope, Maryjane Elizabeth Pope & Dallas Mayfield Pope; step grandchild, Jason Anthony; special nieces, Deannia Murphy, Brittney Davis & son Logan Davis; former sister in laws, Jane Reed Webb, Shirley Reed & Jennie Reed Johnson; brother in law, Douglas (Darlene) Muncey. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Nashville Humane Association, 213 Oceola Ave., Nashville, TN 37209.
