Angela Olmos Rosales

Angela Olmos Rosales, born on December 4, 1950, in Tortugas Rayon, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, passed away peacefully in Columbia, TN, on January 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Angela will be remembered as a devoted homemaker who took great joy in caring for her family. Her strong and brave spirit was evident in every aspect of her life, from her dedication to her loved ones to her many hobbies and interests.

Known for her exceptional cooking skills, Angela was also an avid gardener and enjoyed sewing. Her love for nurturing extended to feeding her cherished chickens, a testament to her nurturing nature. Angela’s pride in her family was evident and was encapsulated in her greatest accomplishment: her marriage of 50 years to her beloved husband, Apolinar Vazquez.

Angela leaves behind a large and loving family, including her husband, Apolinar; children Maria Concepcon Sanchez Olmos, Jose Trinidad Sanchez Olmos, Maria Guadalupe (Julio) Sanchez, Juan Manuel (Maribel) Sanchez Olmos, Jesus Roberto Sanchez Olmos, Juan Enrique (Isabel) Vazquez Olmos, Jose Apolinar (Maria Luisa) Vazquez Olmos, and Martin Alejandro (Marisol)Vazquez Olmos. She also cherished the company of her 31 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, all of whom were a source of immense pride and joy in her life.

Angela was preceded in death by her father, Agustin Olmos; her mother, Celerina Rosales Olmos; and her great-grandson, Jose Angel Aragus.

A visitation will be held at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service located at 3009 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, TN 37064, on January 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Following this, a funeral service will take place at the same location on January 20, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

Angela Olmos Rosales will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her legacy of love and devotion to her family will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
