Cooper; parents, Charles E. and May Chambers Purvis; brother, C. Gerald Purvis. Survived by daughter, Susanne (Robert) Washko of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Todd R. (Julie) Washko and James D. (Melissa) Washko; great grandchildren, Samuel David Washko and Merideth Washko. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00AM Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Gardens.
