Mr. Bert Ryland Wiggs, Jr. age 92 of Franklin, TN passed away March 12, 2015 in Franklin, TN. Born in Chattanooga, TN to the late Bert Ryland, Sr. & Bessie Lee Brinkley Wiggs. Veteran of the US Navy serving during WWII. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Engineering. He also worked as an engineer with various firms and the University of Tennessee's Institute for Industrial Engineering. Survived by son, Randy (Elsie) Wiggs; step-sons: Stephen (Frawn) Nagy and Allan (Debbie) Nagy; brother, Carl Wiggs; grandchildren, David (Christy) Wiggs, Vicki (Brian) Holliday, Justin, Jeff, Jenna, Madalane, Jodi & Joy; great-grandchildren, Noelle, Kara, Hannah, Christian and Gavin. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jonathan Seamon, Terry Booker & Clarence Daily officiating.
