Bertha Lee Foster Bell, age 89 of Franklin, TN passed away January 21, 2017. Retired office manager with Dr. Richard Lane's office. Preceded in death by husbands, Spaulding Bell and Everett Foster and son, Everett "Skip" Foster, Jr. Survived by: daughter, Barbara (Dudley, Jr.) Stovall; son, Barry (Diane) Foster; step son, Jerome (Connie) Bell; grandchildren, Chris (Kristi) Foster, Misty (Shane) Troy, Lindsay (Willie) Veach and Melanie (Webb) Thomas; great grandchildren, Alison Foster, Morgan Foster, Savannah Foster, Denny Veach, Luke Veach, Laurel Troy and Holden Thomas. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Mike Garretson, Marty Garretson, Webb Thomas, Shane Troy, Bedford "Bud" Duncan and Dudley Stovall III. The family would like to thank special neighbors Linda Whitaker & Anna Hurd and all other caring neighbors & friends for their loving care. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice for any childhood cancer.
