Bertha Gathmann

Mrs. Bertha Maye Johnson Gathmann, age 97 of Franklin, TN, May 3, 2015. Longtime resident of Williamson County. Member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She was an early President to the Auxiliary to the TN Veterinarian Association and was very active in the UDC & DAR. Preceded in death by husband, Dr. Raymond Albert Gathmann and son, John Raymond Gathmann. Survived by son, William Gathmann and daughter, Rita Gathmann. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Visitation will be 6-8PM Tuesday at the church and one hour prior to the service. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers: Carter Conway, Joe Baugh, Jr., John Ammos Baugh, Frank Baugh, Richmond Miller and Wallace Beauchamp. Honorary pallbearers: Scott Smith, Old Glory Chapter DAR and Franklin Chapter 14 UDC. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
