Bruce Cullen Hall, age 61, of Columbus, GA, passed away July 18, 2015. He was a kind person, a true friend who had a great sense of humor. Bruce loved his work as a computer programmer at Total System Services. Music was very important to him and he was an accomplished trombonist in the U.S. Army and played 25 years in the 129th Army Band, Tennessee National Guard. He was close to his beloved cats. He was a bike rider who frequented the Silver Comet Trail in Georgia.
Survived by father, Larry (Bunny) Hall, Beersheba Springs, TN; mother, Elinor Hall, Nashville, TN; brothers, Mark (Diana) Hall, Winston-Salem, NC and David Hall, Nashville, TN; sister, Kaye (Ronald) Watson, Antioch, TN; nieces and nephews, Marissa, Tyler, Sherry, Sandra, Jeremy and Beverly; and step brothers, Thomas and Wilbur Bechtold. Preceded in death by step-mother, Beverly Bennett-Hall; and step brother, Charles Bechtold.
Funeral service will be conducted 4PM Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment 10AM Monday, July 27th at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Memorial donations may be made to Nashville Humane Association, 213 Oceola Ave., Nashville, TN 37209.
