Carol Jean Sanford, age 70 of Murfreesboro passed away on September 23, 2016. Carol spent the last 40 years in Anchorage, Alaska before relocating to Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents Lynn and Helen Durocher and sister, Dorothy Mossey. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Sanford; son, Jerry (Carol) Sanford; daughter, Audrey Sanford; brother, Lynn Durocher, Jr; sister, Yvonne Chiovitte; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, niece, Michelle (Chad) Swenson; nephews, David Kyles, Julian Mossey and Gary Mossey. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
