Carol Meline Williams was born April 25, 1942 in Long Beach California, the daughter of George C. and Ethel Mae Meline. She grew up in California was educated in Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California and Colorado State University, Colorado. She studied Home Economics and worked as a Dietician and Educator. She was an accomplished musician and performed in college level orchestras playing the cello. She taught school in California, Utah, and Ohio. Carol adored her husband and children. She spent time home schooling her children and served faithfully in her church as a teacher in the Relief Society women's organization. She was a skilled arts and crafts instructor and also worked with the youth programs of the church. She excelled in Geneology and served many individuals in many states and in her church. She was also an exceptional artist. She is survived by her husband, Frank C. Williams of Franklin, TN, a son and daughter, Gregory A Williams of Antioch, TN, and Melinda W Moore of Thompson Station. Also four grandchildren, Kyle Williams, Savannah Williams, Jasmine Moore and Jarrod Moore; sister, Georgialee Smith of Brea, CA. Services will be held on Thursday, April 16th at 11am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1100 Gray Fox Lane Franklin, TN. Visitation will be 6-8pm Wednesday, April 15th and one hour prior to service at the church. Burial in Middle TN Veteran's Cemetery in Pegram, TN.
