Carter Oakley, age 10 of Franklin, TN passed away suddenly along with his mother, Kristi Carter Clark on February 16, 2015. He was a student of Oakview Elementary School where he also played basketball. A member and teammate of the Franklin Baseball Club and the Franklin Cowboys Football Team. He was a passionate athlete that loved many sports but most of all he was a great and loving big brother. Also a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend of many who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by grandfather, James Clark. Survived by his father, John Clark and biological father, Dustin Oakley; sister, Adelyn Quinn Clark and step-siblings, Jack Clark, Emerson Katherine Clark, Aidan Dotson and Bailey Lynn; grandparents, Brad & Bonnie Lewis, Candy Sanderson, Jena & Mark Carroll and Mary Clark; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family members. Services will be held 1:00PM Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 3-7PM Saturday and one hour prior to the service. Burial in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Honorary Pallbearers will be members and teammates of the Franklin Baseball Club, Oakview Elementary and Cowboys Football Club.
