Mrs. Cindy Lee Yancy Goins, age 55, of Columbia, TN, formerly of Franklin, TN, passed away on April 26, 2014. She was an office clerical worker. Preceded in death by father and mother, Winston Yancy and Rubbie Yancy Cutler; and brother, Johnny Yancy. Survived by husband, Bob Goins; sons, Kyle and Joseph Goins; brother, Butch (Gaetana) Yancy; sister, Polly Yancy; sister-in-law, Peggy Yancy; and nephews, Craig Yancy and Jeremy Chapdelaine. Funeral service will be conducted 2PM Monday, April 28, 2014, Ward Jones officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4205 Hillsboro Rd., Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37215.
