Cody Cao McDonald, age 13 of Spring Hill, TN passed away May 18, 2015 after a courageous battle with Leukemia. He was a student at Heritage Middle School. Survived by parents, Jeff and Anna McDonald; brother, Jake McDonald; sister, Melissa McDonald; maternal grandparents, Houwen Cao and Xiaoshu Lei; paternal grandparents, Jerry (Vida) McDonald and Patsy McDonald; aunt, Lili Qiong Cao; uncle, Paul (Rosemary) McDonald; cousin, Taylor McDonald and several other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. In memory of Cody the family requests that you where his favorite color which is green to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
