Colleen Marie LaBonte

Colleen Marie LaBonte, age 67 of Franklin, TN passed away at home, with her husband by her side, on March 17, 2025. She was born in Binghamton, NY to parents Shirley and Joseph J.McCarthy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam. She married her high school sweetheart, David LaBonte, on November 29, 1980. Colleen was a devoted mother, grandmother, and homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, David LaBonte; father Joseph J. McCarthy; children Eileen (Chris) Lee and Matthew (Danielle) LaBonte; son-in-law Miguel Oviedo; grandchildren Carter, Jackson, Gino, Vinny and Analeah; sisters Sharon, Jolene, Jeri, Kathleen and Kelly. She is preceded in death by her mother Shirley McCarthy and daughter Caitlin LaBonte Oviedo.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
