Mrs. Connie Kay Anderson Straughn, age 56 of Franklin, TN, passed away surrounded by her family, October 2, 2014. Graduate of David Lipscomb High School and David Lipscomb University where she was a member of Psi Alpha. Board of Director with Williamson County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Member of Berry's Chapel Church of Christ. Preceded in death by father, Charles William Anderson; grandparents, K.T. and Pauline Edwards of Jackson, TN and Mary Roush of Wilmington, DE. Survived by: husband, Paul H. Straughn, DDS; son, Nathan E. (Lisa) Straughn and mother, Juanita June Anderson all of Franklin, TN and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jerrie Barber officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Elders and Deacons of the church will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort or Williamson County Animal Control and Adoption Center.
