Cynthia Marie Southard, age 69 of Spring Hill, TN passed away April 23, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents, Ed & Florene Plaugher and Cecil & Joyce Plaugher; husband, John Edward Southard. Survived by son, James Southard and husband, Ricky Bousman; daughter, Deborah Southard; grandson, David Craig; brother, John Gary Plaugher; sister, Suzan Rollins.
