Dan Johnson

Mr. Dan Nelson "Happy Dan" Johnson, age 87 of the Bethesda Community passed away August 24, 2015. Retired from Williamson County Highway Dept. Lifetime resident of Williamson County where he was a farmer and he would lend a hand to anyone that needed him. Preceded in death by parents, Edd and Nancy Poteete Johnson. Survived by: brothers, Robert Johnson & Joe Johnson; sisters, Elizabeth Garner & Odell Andrews; special niece, Deana Chunn; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Bennett Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Stoney Johnson, Carl Garner, Jimmy Garner, Brad Skinner, Brandon Wright, Greg Caldwell, Kevin Potts & Tony Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Williamson County Highway Dept. Employees & Retirees and the William Reed Family. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
