Daniel Perkins

Mr. Daniel Preston Perkins, age 70 of Franklin, TN passed away June 24, 2015 in Nashville, TN. He was a graduate of the University of Oregon. Veteran of the US Army serving in Korea. Owner and Operator of Perkins Lumber Company in Eugene, OR for 40 years. He and his wife Gwen were owners and operators of Chapman's II Pie Wagon in Franklin, TN. Preceded in death by father, Edward Preston Perkins. Survived by wife, Gwen Perkins of Franklin, TN; mother, Iva Perkins of Eugene, OR; step-children, Phillip (Lisa) Maynard of Portland, OR, Christy (Freddie) McKinney of Franklin, TN and Kim (Mike) Vaughn of Bend, OR; brother, Darrel Perkins of Eugene, OR; sisters, Marva Dasef of Eugene, OR; grandchildren, Cole (Bess) McKinney, Adria (Scott) Browne, Julianna McKinney, Anna, Brandon and Madison Vaughn, Gavin and Owen Maynard; great-granddaughter, Adalyn Browne. Memorial services will be conducted 4:00PM Sunday, June 28, 2015 with visitation two hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Rick Cua officiating of Grace Chapel, Leiper's Fork.
