David Eugene Butts, age 74 of Franklin, TN passed away August 14, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Finis and Lena Schafer Butts and brother, Melvin T. Butts. Survived by: brothers, Johnny Butts and James G. (Mary Jo) Butts; nephew, David (Brenda) Butts and great nephews, Johnny G. and James M. Butts. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Franks, Johnny G. Butts, James M. Butts, Jim Kinnie, George Crosthwait and Cuejo Dodd. Memorials may be made to Alive Hospice or charity of your choice. Visitation will be 4-8PM Wednesday and one hour prior to the service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME
