TAAFFE, David James Alexander, age 20 of Brentwood, TN, July 22, 2013. Died in a hiking accident in Switzerland following a mission trip in Spain. Beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, servant of Jesus Christ. Model student and soccer player at Covenant College and graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy. Survived by parents, Billy and Pauline Taaffe, of Brentwood, TN, brother, Sam (Anne) Taaffe of Murfreesboro, TN, sisters, Lynn Tootle of Tuscaloosa, AL, Sarah-Jane (Phil) Carter of Lexington, KY, Gillian (Allen) Peabody of Franklin, TN, nieces and nephews, Eli, Will, Bella-Claire, Holly, Deacon, June, Noah, Finnegan David and other loving family members. Preceded in death by nephew, Joseph Peabody. Services will be held 10:00am CST, Monday, July 29, 2013 at Christ Community Church in Franklin, TN, Mike Smith and Scotty Smith officiating.
