Dessie Conner Griggs, age 82 of Columbia, TN passed away January 30, 2018 at her home. Born in Williamson County to the late Fred S. & Rosie Elizabeth Pewitt Conner. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Eugene Griggs who passed away September 23, 1986. Survived by son, Carl (Karen) Griggs; daughter, Peggy Griggs Webb; brother, Howard (Willa B) Conner; sisters, Yvonne Beard & Rosie Lee King; grandchildren, Dale Griggs, David Webb & Cherry (Chris) King and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held 11:00AM Friday, February 2, 2018 at Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
