Dona Lee Reynolds, age 90 of Franklin, TN passed away September 14, 2022. She was born in Sesser, IL to the late Raleigh & Edith Page. She was a long-time member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church and worked many years as Manager of the Hendersonville High School Cafeteria. She was deeply devoted to all her family, and was an avid fan and proud supporter of the University of Tennessee Athletics Programs. And, she rarely missed watching an Atlanta Braves game! She lived in Hendersonville TN for nearly 50 years, and would frequently run into old friends whom she always greeted with a great smile and a warm hug. She loved to travel, loved to cook, and loved to entertain, where she was always the life of the party. Dona also loved to gaze at the many hummingbirds that would gather around her feeders; now she has wings of her own. She is preceded in death by her first husband, James R. Reynolds; second husband, William “Bill” Sinks, Sr.; brothers, Evan W. Page and Olen H. Page; sister, Anna Mae Chapman. Dona is survived by her sons, Mike Reynolds of Huntsville, AL and Randy (Sara) Reynolds of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Chase (Whitley) Reynolds, Chandler (Marie) Reynolds and Caleb (Jean Domergue) Reynolds; great-grandsons, Eli & Easton Reynolds. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 with visitation two hours prior to the service at Brayfield-Gilbert Funeral Home in Sesser, IL.
