CRABTREE, Mrs. Donna Hazelwood, age 47 of Columbia, TN passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Maury Regional Hospital. She was born in Williamson County and was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by father, Bill Hazelwood. Survived by: husband, Clint Crabtree; sons, Brad Beard, Chad Beard, Zach Crabtree & Jordan Crabtree; daughter, Rebecca Crabtree; mother, Martha Ann Hazelwood & brother, Jackie Hazelwood; seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, October 18, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment Crutcher Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Marcus Crabtree, Roger Cathey, Doug Hazelwood, Donald Clifton, Tray Giles and Mark Crabtree. Memorials may be made to the Donna Crabtree Memorial Fund.
