Edward Earl Cullum - September 3, 1933 to April 26, 2014
Age 80 of Boynton Beach, Florida
Earl Cullum lived in Franklin for over 40 years. He was the former Owner/Partner of Walker-Cullum Chevrolet-Oldsmobile. Earl, a born salesman, helped to make the dealership the #1 Chevy/Olds dealership in the nation at one point. He helped to contribute to Franklin's growth by serving as a City Councilman, on the Board of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, and as an Officer in the Franklin Rotary Club. Also, an avid horseman, Earl was an active participant in the Franklin Rodeo. Earl served in the Air Force of the United States and on the Metropolitan Davidson County Police Force.
Earl was a devoted companion, a loving father and grandfather, and steadfast friend to many. Earl was always ready to greet you with a smile, a handshake, and a "one-liner".
Earl is survived by his companion, Dorothy (Dot) Coltharp; Children: Dr. Paul Cullum & Elaine Cullum Ellis, Grandchildren: Lauren Ellis and Jonathan Ellis; and Brother: Charles Cullum. Preceded in Death by son, Gregory Earl Cullum

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gregory Earl Cullum Scholarship Fund at David Lipscomb University. Visitation will be 9-11 am, with the funeral service beginning at 11 am, Wednesday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
