Ms. Elizabeth "Bitsy" Ann Blackburn, age 73 of Franklin, TN passed away September 15, 2015. Born in Charleston, SC to the late Buford & Ann Southall Blackburn. Longtime resident of Franklin, TN. Preceded in death by brother, Sam Blackburn. Survived by daughters, Dana (David) Graveno of Franklin, TN and Kristy (Jesse) Jones of Eagleville, TN; grandsons, Andrew Graveno, Jae Edwards and Taylor Edwards; father of Dana & Kristy, Billy "Bubba" McMillen of Franklin, TN. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Friday, September 18, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the Franklin High School Class of 1960. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
