Mr. Erik Lee Blom, age 29 of Fairview, TN May 1, 2014. Graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where his degree included, print making, graphic design, illustration and sculpting. Free spirit and creative thinker whose work was valued in various projects. Preceded in death by grandmother, Cynthia Blom. Survived by Parents, Dan & Cindy Blom of Fairview, TN; sister, Chloe (Clete) Blom of Fairview, TN; grandparents, James (Dorothy) Blom of Pipestone, MN and John & Lillian Mouw of Leota, MN and other loving family members. A Celebration of Life will be conducted 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Christ Community Church, 1215 Hillsboro Rd., Franklin, TN 37069, Scotty Smith officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Blom Memorial Fund c/o U.S. Bank. Visitation will be 6-8PM Monday at the church.
