Erik Covington

Mr. Erik Bruce Covington, age 74 of Chapel Hill, TN passed away March 5, 2016. Retired from Fleming Wholesale Grocery with 43 years of service. Preceded in death by wife, Oneda Garland Covington; father, Robert Bruce Covington; mother, Eunice Hardison Covington; stepmother, Jane Miller Covington and sister, Beverly Diane Overby. Survived by: niece, Tandie (Thurston) Moore and two great nieces; niece & caregiver, Priscilla P. (Mark) Hood; nephew & caregiver, Ronnie (Nell) Polk; The Garland Family and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Elder Clifton Johnson officiating. Interment Johnson Hollow Cemetery. Nephews and brother in laws will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Southern Care Staff, Willowbrook Hospice Staff, Dr. Richard Anderson and Urology Associates staff. Memorials may be made to Leiper's Fork Primitive Baptist Church, Southern Care Assisted Living or Willowbrook Hospice.
