Flora Deal

Mrs. Flora Mae Whitehurst Deal, age 71 of Franklin, TN passed away January 9, 2016 at her home by her family. She was born and raised in Williamson County where she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by parents, Dan and Odell Burdette Whitehurst and a sister, Katie Henderson. Survived by husband, Eugene Deal; son, Rex (Lavana) Deal; daughters, Taniel (Darrell) Tyner, Angela (Keith) Mangrum and Priscilla Deal; brothers, Jesse, Jimmy (Billie Jane), Charles and Walter Whitehurst; sister, Alice (Earl) Derosett, Barbara (Eugene "Bubba") White and Jackie (Benny) Johnson; 10 grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Tom Herring officiating. Visitation 3-7PM Sunday and 1hr prior to the service. Burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jesse, Jimmy, Charles and Walter Whitehurst, Zach and Justin Deal, Chad Wiggins. Honorary Pallbearers: Bernice Deal, Mary Jo Sawyer and Patricia Wright.
