Garrett Miller

Garrett Matthew Miller, age 29 of Franklin, TN was called home on March 6, 2015. Born on May 24, 1985 in La Crosse, Wisconsin and lived the majority of his life in Franklin, TN. Garrett is well known for being a lover of God and all people. His heart is revealed through his songwriting and music, his close relationships and his never ending desire to love and serve the brokenhearted. He was actively involved in numerous local ministries including Caleb Company, which is a ministry training school designed to equip God's people with His heart and purpose for Israel and the nations in this present time. In the past, he also was involved in leading worship at ministries such as Iris Nashville, Grace Center Church and Burn Nashville, to name a few. He was passionate about serving the poor and the homeless. Garrett is deeply loved and is missed greatly by his friends, family and those who know him. He is temporarily parted from his wife, Abrielle (Hintz) Miller; daughter, Ava (Miller) Chaffin; parents, William Miller and Renee (Distin) Miller, grandmother, Mrs. Bettie Distin, siblings Shayna (Miller) Hobbs and husband Matt Hobbs, Justin Miller, Jacob Miller, Savannah Miller, nephew Linden Hobbs and niece Lyric Hobbs. Visitation will be held on Friday, March the 13th from 4:00PM - 6:00PM, followed by a celebration of his life beginning at 6:30 PM at Grace Chapel, 3279 Southall Road, Franklin, TN 37064. For those that would like to give, a memorial fund has been established in Garrett's name through Williamson Memorial. Excess funds will be used to further the kingdom of God.
