Gary Jansen

Gary "Glug" Jansen, of Franklin, TN was called home to heaven on June 28, 2016. Gary was born April 12, 1950 to Quentin "Buck" & Irmgard Kordula Jansen of Shawano, WI. He was the oldest of four children (Robert, Sue, Kris). After completing his BA at UW0, he went on to earn his MA. During this time he met the love of his life Debra Ann. They wed on September 8, 1973 and have two beautiful children. (Son CJ with wife Monica and kids Quentin, Zoe, and Wyatt & daughter Shannon with husband Rob). Gary was a devoted Christian, son, brother, husband, father, and papa that adored his family and opened his doors to anyone in need.
Glug was a lifelong Green Bay Packer, Badger, and Brewers fan. He enjoyed the outdoors, church on Sunday's (no matter where his travels took him), and singing solos at church.
Gary Glug Jansen will be dearly missed but never forgotten. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064) on Saturday July 9, 2016 at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior.
