TURNS, Gene, age 87 long time resident of Franklin, TN. March 26, 2012. Preceded in death by the love of his life Barbara Faye Sedberry Turns; Survived by buddy, Guil (Kim) Ezell of Franklin, TN. brother, Ewell (Inez) Turns of Springfield, TN; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; special thanks for the friendship and care to Stacey Martin and Julie Alexander. Funeral service 2:00PM Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, The Rev. Robert Cowperthwaite officiating. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers: Barry Turns, Chris Ezell, Joseph Ezell, Buddy Mills, W.D. Dozier, Greg Hoover, Fred Bennett and Barry Martin. Honorary pallbearers: Zach (Bart) Benson, Owen Reese, Dan Parsons and Bill Derryberry. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
