Gerald Thomas Hannah, Jr., age 42 of Franklin, TN passed away October 9, 2015. Thomas was a selfless, big hearted and determined man who enjoyed new adventures, a fast ride on his motorcycles, the love of his dogs, and who left a permanent impression on every person he touched. Preceded in death by grandfathers, Olen Norris and Ray Hannah. Survived by: Mother, Jane Norris Hannah and Step-father, Larry Pendergrass; Sisters, Julie Hannah & her two children, Jacob & Joshua of Franklin, Emily Hannah (Joe R.) Cowles & her two children, Walt & Charlie, of Lexington, Kentucky, Dolly (Tim) Roach & her children, Finn & Maryn of Franklin, & Mancy (Alex Waite) Pendergrass & her child, Truman of Los Angeles; Companion, Kellie Schmeal of Nashville; Father, Gerald T. (Kay) Hannah of Atlanta; Special Nephews: Mark Christopher, Brodie & Brannon Poe & their father, Mark Poe; Grandmothers, Louise Norris of Georgetown, TN & Aline Hannah of Ringgold, GA. A Celebration of Life will be held at Forest Hills Baptist Church, Nashville, 3:00 PM Friday, October 16, 2015; visitation and reception to follow. Private burial will be held.
