Mr. Gerard Mark "Gerry" Smith, age 63 of Spring Hill, TN passed away April 16, 2016. Retired from American General and also worked at Williamson County Schools. Survived by: wife, Paula Smith; sons, Nicholas Lambing (fiance' Kristin Carver) Smith and Tyler Jordan Smith; daughter, Sabrina Kristiana Smith all of Spring Hill, TN; brothers, Lambing (Phyllis) Smith of Pittsburgh, PA, Tommy (Jackie) Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC and David Smith of Pittsburgh, PA; sister, Helen (Bill) Hamilton of Pittsburgh, PA and Beloved Pets: Sadie-Anne and Greyman. Funeral Mass will be conducted 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at St. Philip Catholic Church, Father Kirk and Father Zack Celebrants.
