Hazelwood, Glen Andrew age 44 of Franklin, TN, passed away at his home August 3, 2014. Glen enjoyed cooking as a chef, music, Star Wars and the Philadelphia Flyers, but he loved his Oakland Raiders. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Hazelwood; parents, Dwain and Joyce Hazelwood; friend, Shelley Hazelwood; uncle, Ralph (Pam) Hazelwood; aunt, Betty (DL) Stevens and many other friends. Memorials can be made in Glen's honor to the American Diabetes Association.
