April 9, 1943 — March 6, 2016

Mr. Harry Lynn Towns, age 72 of Franklin, TN passed away March 6, 2016 at his home. Veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He was a Deacon and member of the choir at Oak Valley Baptist church. Harry retired from United Methodist Publishing House with 38 years of service. Survived by wife of 50 years, Anne West Towns; brother, Ronald Towns and several nieces & nephews. Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Oak Valley Baptist Church, 1161 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN 37064. Jerry Winfield officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Robert "Bob" Smith, David "Brad" West, Gary Bozeman, David S. Wilson, Chris W. Shadix, Jerry Masterson, David Kyle Johnson and Wayne Erwin. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
