Hartmut Spielmann

Hartmut Martin Spielmann, a resident of Franklin, TN, passed on July 2, 2016. Hartmut was born in Soetenich, Germany on November 26, 1962. He was an employee with Mars Petcare in Thompsons Station, TN. He had a long twenty-six year career in Research and Development with both Mars and Procter & Gamble. His career led him to Euskirchen (Germany), Crailsheim (Germany), Coevorden (Netherlands), Mason (OH) and to Franklin (TN). He is survived by wife, Tetyana Spielmann; son, Tim Spielmann; daughters, Hannah Spielmann, Emily Spielmann and Lena Spielmann; brother, Joachim Spielmann; sisters, Tanja (Mike) Habeth, Iris Schultz, Silke (Guido) Kilian; father in-law, Mykola Romanchuk; mother in-law, Zoya Romanchuk; brother in-laws, Andriy (Inna) Romanchuk and Roman (Olga) Romanchuk and 6 nephews and 3 nieces. He also leaves behind many friends and colleagues around the world where he made significant impressions and guidance on their lives and careers. He was preceded by father, Heinz Spielmann, mother, Erika Franziska (nee de la Motte) Meletis and brother, Michael Spielmann. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3pm Friday, July 8, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Father John Raphael will be officiating the service. Inurnment to follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens.
