Hazel Johnson

Hazel Lee Johnson, age 94, of the Burwood Community passed away March 8, 2019 in Franklin, TN. She was born in Williamson County to the late Emery and Ola Chandler Johnson.
Hazel formerly owned and operated a group home for mentally challenged adults and owned the former Jacks Grocery in Burwood. She was a Charter member of Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene.
Preceded in death by her husband Carl Johnson, sons, Lodus Johnson, Wayne Johnson, daughter-in-law, Wilda Johnson, six sisters and one brother. Survived by daughters, Louise Byrd and Dianne Johnson, sons, Gary (Sherry) Fewell, Joe (Linda) Johnson, daughter-in-law, Vicky Johnson, twenty-one grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren and Great- Great Grandchildren.
Services will be conducted 1:00PM Monday March 11, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with her son, Pastor Gary Fewell officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Hollow Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 4-7pm Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers are Members of Jones Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Johnson Hollow Cemetery Fund.
