Hilda Fay

January 20, 1930 — January 26, 2016

Fay, Hilda Anna, age 86 of Brentwood, TN passed away January 26, 2016. Hilda is best remembered for owning the Hofbrau House Restaurant in the mini-mall on Jenks Ave. in Panama City, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Fay, US Army Retired; son, Timothy Fay and parents, Ernst and Elisabeth Henz. Survived by son, Tony (Jaydie) Fay of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren, Ed, Caroline and Leonie Fay and two sisters, Meena and Marie. A celebration of life service will be held 3:00PM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
