Howard Michael Jones, age 62 of Franklin, TN passed away February 2, 2017. Michael was the founder of the Giving Garden at Franklin First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Leon Jones. Survived by his mother, Jane Gardner Jones; brother, Alan (Janet) Jones; nephews, Chris (Jonie) Jones and Brian (Bonnie) Jones; great nieces and nephews, Alexis, Blake, Abby, Huntley and Haywood. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Historic Franklin First United Methodist Church, Dr. Lynn Hill officiating with visitation being held from 9-11:00AM prior. Memorials may be made to the Giving Garden at Franklin First UMC, 120 Aldersgate Way Franklin, TN. 37069.
