(Sandra) Custer of Louisville, KY; special family, Monty & Shalia Lankford, Joey, Courtney, Briley, Braxton & Barron Lankford, Nathan, Tiffany, Cy & Colby Lankford, Dana, Richard & Shaelyn Jade Andrews, Gavin & Taylor Lankford all of Franklin, TN. Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Jim Harvey officiating. Memorials may be made to Williamson Medical Foundation, 2021 Carothers Rd., Franklin, TN 37067.
