Jack Seaman

Jack Edward Seaman, age 71 of Thompson's Station, TN passed away December 31, 2017. Graduate of University of Tennessee Law School, after law school he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he served as an Appellate Defense Attorney. He later served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and Assistant District Attorney General in Nashville, TN. Jack later retired from general private practice. Preceded in death by his father, Nelson Seaman. Survived by wife of 40 years, Nancy Harris Seaman; son, Jackson (Stephanie) Seaman; daughter, Jacy (Chase) Hewett; mother, Mary O'Briant Seaman; brother, Gary (Marcia) Seaman; sister, Beverly (Mark) Bensen; grandchildren, Sophia & Alexander Seaman, Emma & Charlotte Hewett. Memorial service will be 2:30PM Monday, January 8, 2018 with visitation from 1:00PM - 2:30PM prior to the service at Brentwood United Methodist Church, Davis Chappell officiating.
