Jacob Arthur Kwierant, age 23 of Franklin, TN passed away on April 24, 2015. Jacob is survived by his parents, Tammy (Ted) Atwood and Scott (Kathy) Kwierant; brother, Michael Kwierant; sister, Rowan Atwood; step brother, Connor Atwood; grandparents, Judy and Ernie Kwierant and Paula and Ralph Atwood. A funeral mass will be held 11:00AM Friday, May 1, 2015 at St. Philip Catholic Church, 113 2nd Ave. S. Franklin, TN. 37064, Father Tien Tran officiating.
