James Alyn

August 1, 1931 — August 29, 2017

Mr. James A. Alyn, age 86 of Franklin, TN passed away on August 29, 2017. Born in Avela, PA to the late Ernest Bonassi and Matilda Calefe Bonassi. Preceded in death by three siblings. He leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years, Lisa Alyn of Franklin, TN; children, Scott (Kristen) Alyn, Jon (Lacy) Alyn, Stacey Alyn Frizzel all of Los Angeles, CA, William Alyn of Kentucky and Elizabeth Alyn of Kansas; brother, Raymond Bonassi of Washington; eight grandchildren and many other loving family members. A celebration of life will be held at 5:30pm on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the Westhaven Resident's Club House, Rick Cua officiating. A reception will immediately follow.
