CARSON, Mrs. Janice Martin, age 67 of Franklin, TN died June 3, 2014 at her home. Born in Franklin, TN to the late William Harold & Sadie Elizabeth Ray Martin. She enjoyed traveling by trains to different places, and she loved to take care of her family. Preceded in death by brother, William Thomas "Bud" Martin. Survived by husband, Kenneth Carson; sons and step-sons, Kenneth M. "Marty" (Angelia) Carson, Michael K. (Paula Kay) Carson, Byron C. (Elisabeth) Carson, Rondall S. Carson & Jimmy Light; sisters, Annie Marie Griggs, Peggy Louise Cook, Juanita (Charles) Gilliam & Virginia Gale (David Eely) Martin; brother, James Edward (Judy Kay) Martin; grandsons, Austin Curtis Carson & Dakotah M. "Cody" Carson; great-granddaughter, Sophie Grace Dawson; step-grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Johnson & Tiffany Elizabeth Crook; step-great grandchildren, Isabella Brianne Wood, Madelyn Grace King & Brandon Gage Bateman and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Friday, June 6, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Austin Curtis Carson, Dakotah M. Carson, James Eric Martin, Byron C. Carson, Marcus Bell & Gary Wayne Conner. Special Honorary Pallbearer will be Cory Nicolas Hood. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chase Jett, Charles Gilliam, Terrance Tracy Gilliam, James Edward Martin, Rondall Stacy Carson, Joe Andy Ray, Wayne Smith, Melvin Keith Cook, Terry Lewis Griggs and Daryl Kevin Griggs.
