Foster, Janis McDowell, of Franklin, TN passed away May 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lewis and Willie Mai McDowell of Cookeville, TN; son in-law, Ronald V. Serfass, Jr; son, Robert McDowell Foster. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Lee "Moe" Foster; daughter, Margaret "Sissy" Serfass; grandchildren, Anna and Michael Serfass. A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, May 11, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ed Slayton officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please donate meals to the Nashville Union Mission. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home,, 3009 Columbia Ave. Franklin, TN. 37064 615-794-2289
