Jerry Marlin, Jr.

Mr. Jerry Richard Marlin, Jr. age 86 of Franklin, TN. Passed away August 3, 2015. Born and raised in Williamson County he was a member of Heritage Church of Christ. A Veteran of the US Air Force serving in the Korean Conflict. He was longtime Sales Manager/Representative for Cain Buick and Walker Chevrolet. Most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by parents, Jerry and Louise Tomlin Marlin. Survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Betty Jean Waller Marlin; children, Rick D. Marlin, Tammy Lampley and Greg (Robin) Crutcher; grandchildren, Ryan (Lenae) Marlin, Brock Marlin, Chasen (Lena) Lampley, Bryce and Bailee Crutcher; great grandchildren, Logan, Isabelle and Lola Lampley. Services will be held 10:00AM Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Steve Blackman and Danny Cottrell officiating. Visitation will be held 4-7PM Tuesday and one hour prior to the service. Burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons and Carey Reynolds and Jimmy Reynolds. Honorary Pallbearers: Howard Tomlin, Virginia Reynolds, Bill Jackson, Dennis Johnson, Dr. Richard Lane and Jamie Ladd.
