Jerry Keith Mayfield, age 64 of Eagleville, TN formerly of Franklin, TN. passed away with his family by his side February 11, 2015. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Chip and Ruth Mathis Mayfield. Survived by his sister, Zelphia (Jimmy) Holt of Estill Springs, TN; brothers, Doyle Mayfield of Columbus, OH and Kenny (Stephanie) Mayfield of College Grove, TN; special nieces and nephews, Pam (Scotty) Green, Will Mayfield, Jeff (Patricia) Holt, Kristy Skockley, Chad Mayfield and Tori Mayfield. A memorial service will be 2:00PM Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, J.M. Talley officiating. Jerry's family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice Compassus of Columbia, TN and Tullahoma, TN and to other special friends and family.
