Jimmie Shackelford

Mr. Jimmie Guy Shackelford, age 70, of Columbia, TN passed away October 15, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Loving husband and father, well respected in the construction industry in Kentucky and Tennessee. Owner/operator, of Shackelford Electric Company, along with his wife Laurie, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam, and served his community in many ways. Preceded in death by parents, James B. Shackelford & Marguerite Hanna Cicalla & granddaughter, Tracey Christina Harrod. Survived by his wife, Laurie Shackelford of Columbia,TN; sons, Timothy Guy (Debbie) Shackelford & Jimmie Guy (Kathy) Shackleford, Jr. of Lancaster, KY, David Wayne (Francis) Shackelford & Bradley John (Amy) Shackelford of Lexington, KY & John Pemerton, Jr. of Columbia, TN; daughters, Terri Jo (Raymond) Weidemer of Cynthiana, KY, Andrea Pemerton & Chelsea (Andrew) Stutts of Columbia, TN; brother, Anthony John (Janie) Cicalla & sister, Thelma Kay (J.D.) Wilson of Oakland, TN, and many other family members & friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, October 18, 2010 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home with Dr. Henry Mobley officiating. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Stutts, Justin Morse, Frank Maddux, Kenny Ryan, Wayne Grissom, Dr. Jeff Revill & Robert Kergan.
