Joan Fay Hay Herbert, age 74, of Franklin, TN passed away Sept. 9, 2018 after a brief illness. Joan retired as a Williamson County Deputy Circuit Court Clerk. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Preceded in death by her Husband Joe Herbert, Parents, James Edward and Margaret "Midge" Mangrum Hay, Son-in-Law, Scott England, Step daughter, Brenda Herbert Cromer. Survived by Son, Preston (Lori) Mangrum, Daughter, Vanessa (Bruce) Kelley, Brother, Ed (Pat) Hay, Six Grandchildren and Seven Great-Grandchildren, Niece Amy Perkerson, Great-Nephews, Brandon and Jonathan. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday Sept 13, 2018 from 3-6pm with a Celebration of Life Service at 6pm at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Jim Taylor officiating.
