Ms. Joanne Woodard, age 64 of Nashville, TN, January 24, 2014. Caregiver at Blakeford at Home. Loving mother, grandmother & great grandmother who loved to cook and was very generous. She enjoyed traveling and taking care of animals. She had a kind spirit and will be missed by all. Survived by: son, Ronnie Shelby; daughters, Natalie Darby & Jessie Shelby; brother, Ernest Woodard & Prentice Woodard; sisters, Kitty Crafton & Jan Farrell; grandchildren, Kaylen Darby, Bella Simpson, Ava Simpson & Ethan Miller; great grandchild, Jazzlyn Beale; father of her children, Ronnie Shelby. Graveside services will be 12:30 PM Sunday January 26, 2014 at Pond Cemetery. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Second Harvest or Nashville Rescue Mission.
